REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Returns & Cancellations
At Horse Vet Meds, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the invoice date. To initiate a return, please contact us at Sales@horsevetmeds.com or email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Returned items must be in original, undamaged, and resellable condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories intact. A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Please note that vaccines, iced items, syringes, needles, and prescription medications are non-returnable.
Shipping charges (initial and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. If your return causes the final invoice to fall below the $79 minimum for free shipping, standard shipping fees will apply.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and secure packaging. Equinesvet is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing once your return is received

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled by Emailing Sales@horsevetmeds.com as soon as possible. A 10% cancellation fee applies. Email cancellations are not guaranteed to be processed in time. If your order has already shipped, it will require an RMA to be returned.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
Refused or unclaimed packages will be refunded minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee once inspected. Items must be returned in acceptable condition. Vaccines and prescription items cannot be refunded.
